Welcome to Pictofoto! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pictofoto. Pictofoto operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Pictofoto is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with our policies (the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.
By visiting or purchasing on our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence.

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but please note that colors or product appearance may differ slightly due to screen settings or production variations.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order represents an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted after payment confirmation and our acceptance.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once accepted, it may not be possible to cancel or change it.
Purchases are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are shown in euros, VAT included unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, or import fees, which may apply depending on the destination.
You agree to provide current and accurate payment information.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are produced on demand and usually processed within 2–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Italy & EU: 2-3 business days after production
- International: 4-6 business days after production
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our Returns and Refunds Policy applies.
Because our products are custom-made, returns are only accepted if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Requests must be submitted with photos showing the issue.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services (text, images, graphics, logos, design) is the property of Pictofoto or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Pictofoto is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly between you and Pictofoto. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales process or products purchased from our store.

Personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, certain data may also be processed according to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
