All our products are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners.

Processing time
Orders are normally produced within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time

• Italy & European Union: usually 2-3 business days after production
• International: usually 4-6 business days after production

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, or courier delays.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before completing the purchase.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery issues
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or absent recipient, additional costs may apply.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pictofoto.com and we will work with our production partner to resolve the issue.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are charged once the package reaches the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
PictoFoto has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For more information, please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
