SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS
How long does shipping take?
Typically: Production 2-3 business days + Delivery 2-3 business days . Times may vary depending on the product and destination.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost is calculated at checkout based on the product, size, and delivery address. Shipping is always free for orders over €59.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as popular digital payment methods such as Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available payment options are displayed at checkout.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship to multiple countries. Destinations and costs are visible at checkout.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
The courier usually attempts delivery. If they don't find you, they'll leave a note or reschedule a second delivery. In some cases, the package will be held in storage or at a courier collection point. Once you receive the tracking information, you can manage the delivery date and instructions from the courier's link.
Do you ship in multiple packages if I order multiple items?
This can happen. If you order multiple products or different formats, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. In that case, you'll receive one or more tracking links.
ORDERS AND TRACKING
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track its status.
Can I change the address after ordering?
Contact us immediately. If production hasn't started yet, we'll try to make changes. If it's already in production, it may not be possible.
Can I cancel an order?
If it's not in production yet, yes. Contact us as soon as possible.
Where can I find my order confirmation and receipt?
Immediately after your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with a summary. If you don't see it, check your spam/promotions folder. Your receipt is in the confirmation email and in your order details (if you have an account on the site).
Can I ask for an invoice?
Yes, if you need an invoice, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Please include your order number and billing information (name/company, address, VAT number or tax code, SDI/PEC if applicable). If the request arrives late and the order is already being processed, we may not be able to process it.
PRODUCTS AND PRINT QUALITY
Are the images cropped or scaled?
No. We maintain the original aspect ratio. If a format isn't suitable, we prefer not to offer it.
Will the colors be identical to what I see on the monitor?
There may be slight differences. It depends on the screen, lighting, and color profile.
How are prints packaged?
We use protective packaging designed to avoid creases, bumps, and scratches during transport.
What is the difference between a poster, a framed print, a canvas, or a framed canvas?
Poster: print on paper, without frame.
Framed Print: Print on paper already mounted and ready to hang.
Canvas: Print on canvas mounted on a stretcher frame. It has a more textured, "picture-like" effect.
Framed canvas: canvas on a stretcher frame with an external frame. A more refined, gallery-like look.
The available formats depend on the image: we only offer those that do not ruin the composition.
What is the white border and why is it sometimes there?
Some prints may have an unprinted white border. This helps maintain the original proportions without cropping, and makes the image look more balanced, especially when framed. This isn't a defect; it's a choice made to respect the work.
How do you clean a print/frame/canvas?
Printing on paper: do not use water or detergents. Dust with a soft, dry cloth.
Frame (outside): Soft, dry cloth. If necessary, slightly dampen the frame only (not the print).
Front protection (plexiglass): Avoid aggressive products and use a microfiber cloth (risk of streaks or scratches).
Canvas: Dust gently with a dry cloth or soft brush.
Do the frames have front protection?
Our frames are made of clear plexiglass . It's lighter than glass and reduces the risk of breakage during transport and use, making it a safer choice, especially at home or in busy environments.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return an item?
You can report any problems or defects to us within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for non-defective items.
What is your return policy?
Since our products are printed on demand and often personalized, returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. In most cases, you won't need to return the item. We don't accept returns for changes of mind or subjective reasons.
How can I initiate a return or exchange?
To request a return or replacement, please contact us with your order details and clear photos of the problem.
If a return is requested, the package must be sent to the shipping address that will be communicated via email upon confirmation of the return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund. If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days .
Credit times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
What happens if the product arrives damaged or with an error?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage. We'll find a quick solution (reprint or refund).
Can I return a personalized, sale, or discounted item?
It is not possible to return:
- Customized or made-to-order products (prints, posters, framed paintings), except for defects or damage.
- Sale items or gift cards.
CUSTOM PRINTS
Can I print from my file?
Yes. Send the file from the dedicated page . We'll get back to you with confirmation and instructions.
Can I return a personalized print?
Generally, no, because it's made to order. Exceptions are made in the case of defects or manufacturing errors.
What files do you accept and how big should the image be?
We accept JPG or TIFF . For best results, the file must be large enough for the chosen format. If you're unsure, send it to us: we'll tell you which formats are recommended without losing quality.
Do you check the file before printing?
Yes, we do a basic check (size and overall quality). If we see any obvious issues, we'll contact you before proceeding. We don't do any advanced retouching or corrections unless agreed upon.
